BLOOMINGDALE’S HOLIDAY WINDOWS AIM TO MAKE YOU SMILE

Posted on by Cameron Tewson

To ring in the season of glitz and glamour during a time like no other, the Bloomingdale’s 59th Street flagship holiday windows are artfully created in fine tune with the latest holiday campaign, “Get Happy”. The displays aim communicate a simple message that brings a smile to the viewers’ faces at the close of a challenging year.

Each window embodies one of the campaign colours and incorporates clever elevated displays composed of everyday objects. All the windows have video walls in the background to provide richer visuals, and the side walls of the windows are mirrored in the same colour to give the effect of an infinity type glow.

“This is a different kind of holiday season for Bloomingdale’s and our customers,” Spring said during an exclusive interview with WWD. “Their lifestyles have changed, and we have catered to that with our gift offering, including more special finds in categories like luxury accessories, cooking and entertaining, at-home relaxation, games and entertainment.”

Discover the windows at 1000 Third Avenue 59th Street and, Lexington Ave, New York, NY 10022.
